Are you in Nova Scotia?

If you have already used ISANS services, please call reception at 902-423-3607, email info@old.isans.ca or use the Live Chat feature on the home page of our website.

If you are new to ISANS, you must first have an Intake appointment to register as a client in order to access any of our programs or services.

We will need any of the following documents that you have, which must be uploaded as part of the sign up form below:

• Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR) – not your PR card
• Work Permit
• Letter of Nomination
• Letter of Endorsement
• Study Permit with off Campus work approval
• Minister's Permit
• Citizenship certificate or Canadian passport
• Language test results eg: Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB), International English Language Testing System (IELTS)

If you have a spouse and/or dependents who are also new to ISANS, you can complete the sign-up form for them. You must upload their documents.

Click HERE to complete the sign-up form. Please provide as much information as possible.

Once you complete and submit the form, you will receive a confirmation email. You will then be contacted by ISANS within five business days in order to schedule an appointment with an Intake Counsellor. Appointments can be done virtually or in the office.

If you cannot use the above form, you can book an appointment by emailing intake@old.isans.ca. Please keep in mind that the quickest way to get an appointment is to use the form rather than emailing.
