Managers and Directors: Leveraging your Workplace Culture (2 hours)

In this two-hour interactive webinar for managers and directors, we will explore the question: “How can we leverage the skills and experiences of an increasingly intercultural workforce?”  Focus includes:

• Why hire immigrants?
• Key areas for your organization’s development
• Steps to leverage your workplace culture
• Impact of COVID-19 on our workplace cultures
• An overview of the Workplace Culture Program

  Learn how organizational policies, procedures, onboarding, and unwritten rules can affect the warmth and openness of a workplace. Through practical tips and suggestions, learn how to take action to make your workplace more welcoming.

  Learn how to lead using intercultural initiatives, increase your personal awareness, and learn about intercultural communication through practical and easy-to-implement tips and ideas.
